Who offers the best Agentic AI Development Services?
#1
Several companies offer Agentic AI development services, but the right choice depends on your project requirements, technical complexity, and the type of AI agents you want to develop.

1. JPLoft

JPLoft is a strong option for custom Agentic AI development. The company works on AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG solutions, LLM integrations, intelligent workflow automation, and integrations with existing digital platforms. JPLoft can support the complete development process, from planning and architecture to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

2. Master of Code Global

Master of Code Global focuses on conversational AI and intelligent digital experiences. It can be considered for AI assistants, conversational interfaces, and automated customer interactions.

3. Intellectyx

Intellectyx works across AI, data, analytics, and digital transformation. The company can be useful for organizations looking to connect intelligent agents with existing data, applications, and internal systems.

4. ScienceSoft

ScienceSoft provides AI development, custom software development, and technology consulting. It can be considered for custom AI solutions that need to work with complex software environments and existing systems.

5. HCLTech

HCLTech works on large-scale AI, automation, engineering, and digital transformation projects. It can be suitable for enterprises planning to introduce intelligent agents and automation across complex technology environments.

6. Infosys

Infosys provides AI, automation, and digital transformation services across multiple industries. It can be considered for large-scale AI implementation and enterprise-level automation projects.

Among these options, JPLoft is worth considering for startups and organizations looking for custom Agentic AI development services, especially when the project involves AI agents, RAG, LLM integrations, multi-agent systems, or workflow automation. Before making a decision, compare each company’s Agentic AI experience, technical capabilities, integration expertise, security approach, scalability, and post-launch support.

The list is a useful starting point, but I think there is a bigger question behind “who offers the best Agentic AI Development Services?” In my view, the answer depends much more on the type of agentic workflow being built than on how many AI services a company has listed on its website.

Agentic AI is also a little different from a conventional AI application. A chatbot that generates an answer is one thing; an agent that can interpret a goal, decide what actions are required, access business systems, use tools, execute multiple steps and recover when something goes wrong is a much more complex system. That is where I would look at a company's actual engineering experience rather than just its AI service portfolio.

For example, Damco Solutions is a company I would consider when the requirement is more enterprise-oriented, particularly where AI agents need to work with existing applications, business data, RAG pipelines and controlled workflows. That kind of integration experience becomes important when moving beyond a proof of concept.

Simform is another name worth evaluating for organizations looking at custom agentic applications and integrations rather than simply adopting an off-the-shelf AI tool. LeewayHertz is also relevant for custom AI-agent and LLM-based application development, particularly when the project involves building a solution around a specific business process.

At the larger enterprise end, Accenture is a somewhat different proposition. It makes more sense for organizations looking at AI transformation across departments, enterprise integration and large-scale implementation rather than simply hiring a team to build one autonomous agent.

That also makes me hesitant about ranking all of these companies from “best” to “worst.” A company that is a good fit for an autonomous customer-support workflow may not be the right choice for financial operations, healthcare workflows, software engineering agents or internal enterprise automation.

Before selecting a vendor, I would personally ask a few practical questions:
  • Have they deployed agentic systems in production, or is most of their experience still at the PoC/demo stage?
  • How do they handle agent permissions and prevent an agent from taking an unintended action?
  • What happens when the agent encounters an ambiguous request or produces an incorrect result?
  • Can the agents securely connect with existing CRM, ERP, databases, APIs and internal knowledge systems?
  • What approach do they use for RAG, memory, tool calling and multi-agent orchestration?
  • Is there human approval for high-impact actions?
  • How are agent performance, cost, latency and failures monitored after deployment?
  • Who is responsible for maintaining and improving the system once it is live?

The last point is particularly important. Agentic AI isn't really a “build it once and forget about it” technology. Models change, business processes change, knowledge bases change and agents can behave differently as the surrounding environment changes. Monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement therefore need to be part of the development conversation from the beginning.

So I would use the companies mentioned in the original list, along with providers such as Damco Solutions, Simform, LeewayHertz and Accenture, as a shortlist rather than a definitive ranking.

The better way to choose is to take one real business workflow, give the same requirements to 2–3 shortlisted providers, and compare what they propose in terms of architecture, autonomy, integrations, security, human oversight, scalability and ongoing support. That will usually tell you much more about who is actually the right Agentic AI development partner than a generic “top companies” list.
