Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive and immersive program designed for yoga teachers, dedicated students, and wellness professionals who wish to explore the subtle, meditative, and transformative practice of Yin Yoga. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and anatomical theory, Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues, helping to increase flexibility, circulation, and inner stillness.

You'll learn how to sequence and teach safe, effective, and soulful Yin classes while developing a deeper awareness of energetic systems such as meridians, the five elements, and the energetic body.
