The feeling that this is our team, not external contractors, adds confidence and peace of mind. This is a huge advantage for a company that strives for long-term development. Another important aspect is that thanks to the platform, we were able to create a structure of cooperation that combines transparency and flexibility. Each team member knows their responsibilities, but at the same time can suggest improvements and take initiative. We see progress every day: tasks are completed on time, code is reviewed, and communication is transparent and without misunderstandings.
