I’ve been reading more about neurodivergence lately - things like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other conditions that affect how we think, learn, and interact. It made me realize how different people experience these symptoms in unique ways.
For some, it’s trouble focusing or sensory overload; for others, it might be hyperfixation, social anxiety, or emotional intensity. Sometimes it’s hard to tell whether it’s “just personality” or something deeper.
I’d love to hear your experiences:
