I recently had to make an urgent change to my travel plans and decided to visit the Aero Contractors Office in Warri. I wasn’t sure what to expect because sometimes airline offices can be hit or miss. But to my surprise, it turned out to be a smooth and helpful experience.

The staff walked me through every detail patiently and made the change in less than 20 minutes. They even printed my new itinerary and gave advice on what to do if I faced delays.
What I appreciated most was their transparency—no hidden charges, no rushing, and no “we can’t help you” responses. I’ve dealt with other airline offices that just redirect you to websites or customer service hotlines, but this was different. The Warri office seemed to actually care about resolving your issue right there and then.
They also had updated info on upcoming promo fares and were very open about the best times to book if you're trying to save. I didn’t know the Aero Contractors Office in Warri was this efficient—wish I had used it earlier.
