Hey everyone,
I’m currently planning a family trip to Dubai and wanted some suggestions from people who have already been there, especially those traveling with kids. I’ve been doing quite a bit of research online and found that Dubai has tons of attractions, but I’m trying to shortlist the ones that are actually worth visiting and not just hyped.
From what I’ve seen so far, Global Village looks like a really interesting place because it’s not just an amusement park — it’s more like a cultural festival with food, shopping, and live performances from different countries. It seems like something both kids and adults can enjoy together. I found this page while researching that explains it quite well and has ticket info too:

Another place that caught my attention is Dubai Garden Glow. It looks visually very unique, especially for evenings. The glowing installations and themed parks (like the dinosaur park) seem like something kids would really enjoy, and honestly even adults would find it interesting. Sharing the link I found in case anyone wants to check it out:

For a more educational experience, I came across KidZania in Dubai Mall. It looks like a miniature city where kids can role-play real-life professions like doctors, chefs, pilots, etc. I really like the concept because it’s not just entertainment but also learning-based. If anyone here has taken their kids there, I’d love to know if it’s actually worth the price. Here’s the page I saw:

Also, since Dubai can get quite hot, I was specifically looking for indoor play areas for younger kids. I found Cheeky Monkeys, which seems like a safe indoor play zone with activities, slides, and play sections. It might be a good option for a relaxed day. Sharing the link here:

Apart from these, I’m also considering places like Dubai Mall, aquariums, and maybe some beach time, but I don’t want to overpack the itinerary and end up exhausting everyone.
So I wanted to ask:

So I wanted to ask:
- Are these places actually worth visiting in real experience?
- Any better alternatives for kids (age 4–12)?
- How many days are enough to comfortably explore Dubai with family?
- Any tips to avoid crowds or save money on tickets?
