How can I remove copy lock from my PDF?
#1
I recently faced a situation where I needed to copy some important text and tables from a PDF for a work report, but the Copy option was disabled. The PDF opened normally, but its owner/permission restrictions prevented me from copying, editing, printing, and extracting content. Since the document contained work-related information, I preferred an offline solution instead of uploading it to an online PDF unlocking website. Since online platforms often leads to data loss and formatting issues.

I tried SysTools PDF Unlocker Software, and it helped me remove the copy restriction from the PDF. The software is designed to remove owner-level restrictions that block copying, editing, printing, commenting, page extraction, and document assembly. It also supports batch processing, which is useful when you have several restricted PDFs to unlock at once. Most imporantly, the tool is capable to byass all protection while keeping the formatting.

One feature I particularly liked was its offline processing. The PDF remains on your computer instead of being uploaded to a third-party server, which can be useful when working with confidential business documents. The tool also supports PDFs protected with AES 128-bit and AES 256-bit encryption and aims to preserve the original formatting and layout after unlocking. It works on Windows and macOS and does not require Adobe Acrobat.

For my use case, the process was straightforward: add the restricted PDF, select the output location, and start the unlocking process. Afterward, I could copy the required content from the resulting PDF.

If you're facing a similar copy-locked PDF, an offline PDF unlocker could be worth considering. I had a good experience with SysTools PDF Unlocker. In other words, I want to know your experience with fulll version of SysTools PDF Password Unlocker. Has anyone else used this tool, or can you recommend another reliable offline solution for removing PDF copy restrictions? Please let me know.
