Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a recent experience and see if anyone else here has worked with Microforum.ca. A couple of weeks ago, I was in full panic mode trying to get materials printed for a last-minute product launch. We're talking flyers, packaging inserts, and some custom signage — all needed fast. My usual go-to printer was completely backed up and couldn’t promise anything within my deadline.
So, after a lot of Googling and a little bit of desperation, I found Microforum. I hadn’t heard of them before, but they advertise rush services and quick turnaround times, which is exactly what I needed. I figured I’d take the risk since I didn’t have many options left anyway.
To my surprise, they really delivered. Not just “good enough for now” — but genuinely solid work. The quality of the print was sharp, colors were consistent, cuts were clean, and the turnaround time was way faster than what I’m used to, especially on short notice. I even got a call from their team double-checking one of my design files that had a small formatting issue. That level of attention is rare when you're rushing something through.
Their site talks about investing in both equipment and staff training to keep up quality, and from what I saw, that doesn’t seem like empty marketing talk. I’ve worked with enough printers over the years to know when someone’s just pushing stuff out the door vs. actually caring about the result.
That said, this was my first time using Microforum, so I’m curious if this is just how they operate, or if I happened to catch them on a good day. Has anyone else here used them for rush jobs or regular print work? Maybe for CD/DVD duplication, packaging, or anything on a larger scale?
I’m seriously considering making them part of my go-to vendor list, but I’d love to hear from others first. If you’ve had a good (or not-so-good) experience with Microforum.ca, drop it in the comments. I think more people could benefit from knowing about them — or knowing what to watch out for if there’s anything I didn’t run into.
Appreciate any feedback. Always good to hear from folks who’ve been there before.
