We're planning to build a blockchain-based platform for our business and have recently started evaluating different development partners. While researching, one thing has become very clear—there are hundreds of companies claiming expertise in blockchain technology, but it's surprisingly difficult to distinguish genuine technical experience from good marketing.
Every company highlights similar services like smart contracts, decentralized applications, wallet integration, token development, and enterprise blockchain solutions. However, choosing the right blockchain app development company in India seems much more complicated than simply comparing websites or pricing.
I'd really like to hear from businesses, startup founders, or anyone who has already completed a blockchain project.
During your selection process, what were the most important factors that influenced your decision?
For example, did you evaluate whether the company had experience with both public and private blockchain networks? Were they able to recommend the most suitable blockchain platform based on your business requirements instead of pushing a single technology stack? How important was their expertise in developing and auditing smart contracts? Did they explain scalability considerations, transaction costs, and future maintenance before the project even started?
Security is another major concern for us. Did your development partner conduct proper security audits and penetration testing before deployment? Were they knowledgeable about compliance requirements and best practices for blockchain applications?
Communication is equally important because blockchain projects often evolve during development. Did your development team provide regular updates, clear documentation, and transparent timelines? Were they flexible when new features or changes were introduced? Most importantly, how was their support after the product went live? Did they continue helping with upgrades, bug fixes, and performance optimization, or did communication slow down after delivery?
We've shortlisted a few companies after comparing their portfolios, industries served, and technical capabilities. One company that appeared during our research is Techzarinfo because they seem to have experience in blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrency exchange development, and related technologies. Their portfolio looks interesting, but I know a website only tells part of the story. That's why I'm hoping to learn from people who have actually worked with them or evaluated them alongside other blockchain development companies.
Looking back, what challenges did you face during development that you didn't anticipate at the beginning? Did your development partner assist with blockchain architecture, scalability planning, infrastructure decisions, compliance, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance? Were there any hidden costs or unexpected delays that future buyers should be aware of?
If you had to start your blockchain project again today, would you choose the same development company, or would you approach the selection process differently? Are there specific questions you wish you had asked before signing the contract?
I'd genuinely appreciate honest feedback, recommendations, or lessons learned from your experience. Your insights would help us make a more informed decision before finalizing our blockchain development partner.
