Is Quad Biking Worth Adding to a Dune Bashing Dubai Trip?
#1
I’m planning a desert safari in Dubai and currently comparing different DUNE BASHING DUBAI experiences. I’ve never done a desert safari before, so I’m trying to understand which activities are worth adding to the trip. The 4x4 dune drive is already on my list, but I’m also considering quad biking because it seems like a more hands-on way to explore the desert.

While searching for the Best Quad Biking Dubai options, I noticed that many safari providers offer quad biking as an additional activity. Some packages combine it with dune bashing, while others offer separate riding sessions. I’m not sure which option would be better for a first-time visitor.

For those who have already tried quad biking in Dubai, how was the overall experience? Was it easy to learn if you had never ridden a quad bike before? I’m also interested in knowing how long a typical riding session lasts and whether beginners receive instructions before starting.

Another thing I’m trying to decide is the best time for the trip. Morning desert tours seem appealing because of the cooler weather, while evening tours offer sunset views and a chance to spend more time at a desert camp. If I combine quad biking with dune bashing, would you recommend going in the morning or later in the day?

I’d also like to know what people normally wear for these activities. Is comfortable sportswear enough, or is there anything specific that makes riding in the sand easier? If helmets or other safety equipment are provided by the tour operator, that would also be useful to know.

I’m mainly looking for genuine experiences from people who have done both activities. If you have visited Lahbab or another desert area around Dubai, feel free to share which location you preferred and whether you would recommend combining quad biking with dune bashing.

Any practical tips about booking, timing, safety, or choosing a suitable package would be appreciated.
