I have several OLM files created from Outlook for Mac, and I need to move the mailbox data to a Windows system where Outlook uses PST files. I understand that OLM is the mailbox format used by Outlook for Mac, while PST is commonly used by Outlook on Windows, but I am not sure about the safest way to perform the conversion.
My main concern is preserving the original mailbox structure. The OLM files contain emails with attachments, contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes, and I would prefer not to manually copy individual messages. I also have more than one OLM file, so a method that supports batch processing would be useful.
I have seen different approaches involving manual exports and third-party utilities. However, I am particularly interested in knowing whether an OLM to PST conversion can be completed without having Microsoft Outlook installed on the Mac. If a dedicated converter is required, what technical features should I check before using one?
For example, I came across SysInfo Mac OLM Converter, which claims to convert OLM files to PST while maintaining the folder hierarchy. It also provides options for selecting particular mailbox folders and applying a date filter before exporting. Another useful feature appears to be the ability to split the resulting PST into smaller files.
I would like to understand a few things before proceeding:

I would like to understand a few things before proceeding:
- Can multiple OLM files be converted to PST in one operation?
- Will the Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, contacts, calendars, and other folders remain organized after conversion?
- Is it possible to convert only emails from a specific date range?
- Can attachments be excluded if they are not required?
- What should I do if the resulting PST is very large?
- Does the conversion require Outlook to be installed on the Mac?
- Is there a way to preview OLM mailbox data before starting the export?
