And if a particular eating schedule makes someone constantly hungry, socially restricted, or unable to meet their nutritional needs, it may not be a particularly good strategy, regardless of how popular it is.
Food quality still comes first
There is a temptation to believe that changing the clock can compensate for poor food choices.
It cannot.
An eight-hour eating window filled with highly processed foods is not automatically a healthier diet.
