Has anyone explored Sobha Crescent in Sector 63A Gurgaon? I’ve been researching this project recently, and it seems like a strong option in the luxury residential segment, especially for those looking at Golf Course Extension Road.
From what I understand, the location is one of its biggest advantages. Sector 63A is developing fast and already has good connectivity to key areas like Cyber City, Sohna Road, and NH-48. For working professionals, that could mean shorter commute times, which is a big plus. Also, the presence of schools, hospitals, and shopping areas nearby makes it more suitable for families planning long-term living.
The project itself is being positioned as a low-density development, which caught my attention. Compared to crowded societies, this usually means better privacy, more open spaces, and a quieter environment. The apartments are mainly 3 and 4 BHK, so it seems targeted at buyers looking for larger homes rather than compact units.
That could be good from both a lifestyle and resale perspective. Another factor I’m considering is the developer’s reputation. Sobha has generally been known for quality construction and timely delivery, which adds some confidence when investing in an under-construction or newly launched project.
From an investment angle, Golf Course Extension Road has shown consistent growth over the years, and with ongoing infrastructure improvements, prices may continue to rise. Rental demand also seems strong due to nearby corporate hubs, which could make it a decent option for generating income as well.
I’m also curious about the future development in and around Sector 63A. Infrastructure projects and road improvements in this area could play a big role in price appreciation. If anyone has updates on upcoming developments or government plans nearby, that would be really helpful.
At the same time, I’m trying to evaluate if the pricing justifies the offering compared to other projects in the same area. Would love to hear from anyone who has visited the site or booked a unit. How do you see its long-term potential? Is it more suitable for end-use or investment?
