Hello, everyone. Recently, I have become more interested in preventive healthcare and so-called functional medicine. Previously, I usually only had standard blood tests once a year, but I noticed that many of the indicators in regular clinics are practically unexplained. The doctor simply says, “Everything is within normal limits,” and that's the end of the conversation. But at the same time, I often feel tired, sometimes have trouble sleeping, and feel like my body is not working at 100%.

So I started looking for information about services that do more detailed tests and help to understand the indicators in more depth. During my search, I came across the website Ways2well.
As far as I understand, they perform advanced blood tests and hormone diagnostics and create personalized plans for improving health. They also mention various things such as hormone optimization, vitamins, lifestyle, and even peptide therapy.

On the one hand, the idea sounds quite interesting: do a comprehensive blood test, find out which vitamins or hormones you are lacking, and then gradually adjust your diet, sleep, and physical activity. In theory, this can help improve your well-being and prevent health problems in the future.

But on the other hand, I have seen skeptical opinions. Some people write that such services may be more marketing than real medicine, and that many recommendations can be obtained from a regular doctor or endocrinologist much more cheaply. It is also unclear how personalized such programs really are, or whether they give roughly the same advice to most clients.

So I wanted to ask people who may have already encountered similar services. Does anyone have real experience with such programs? Have you had extensive blood tests done through similar platforms and received truly useful recommendations? Was there a noticeable effect in terms of energy, sleep, or overall well-being?

I am also interested in knowing how financially justified this is. Is it worth paying for such programs, or is it better to just get tested yourself and then discuss the results with your regular doctor? I would appreciate any experience or advice.
