Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my situation here because I feel really stressed and confused about what to do next. My hair loss actually started when I was around 24–25 years old. In the beginning, it was just normal thinning, and I didn’t pay much attention to it. I thought it was because of work stress, poor sleep, or maybe seasonal hair fall. But slowly, year by year, my hairline kept going back, especially from the front and temple areas.
Now I’m in my early 30s, and the change is very noticeable. Under bright lights or in photos, my scalp becomes clearly visible, and it really affects my confidence. I have started avoiding taking pictures from certain angles, and sometimes I even feel uncomfortable in social gatherings because people casually point out my hair loss without realizing how it makes me feel.
Over the past few years, I have tried almost everything I could. I used different branded shampoos, hair oils, supplements, and even visited a few local clinics for treatments like PRP sessions. While some of these helped slow down the hair fall slightly, none of them brought back the lost hair or improved my hairline. That’s why I’m now seriously considering a permanent solution instead of temporary treatments.
Recently, a few friends and colleagues suggested that I should look into hair transplant in Ludhiana because it is not very far from my place, and many people in this region go there for the procedure. They said there are experienced doctors and many clinics offering it. Still, I have many doubts and concerns in my mind.
I want to understand whether the results really look natural after a few months, how painful the procedure actually is, and how long the recovery period takes before one can return to normal routine. I also worry about whether the transplanted hair lasts permanently or if there are chances of losing it again in the future.
If anyone here has personally undergone this procedure or knows someone who has real experience, please share honest feedback. I truly want to make a careful decision based on genuine advice rather than advertisements or promotional claims.
Thank you in advance for any guidance.
