Full Version: Anyone cracked consistent leads with insurance ads?

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately about paid traffic not working like it used to, and honestly, I’ve felt the same frustration. A few months back, I kept wondering if insurance ads were just one of those things everyone talks about but no one actually gets right. Some days you get a few clicks, maybe even a lead or two, and then suddenly nothing. It makes you question if it’s the ads, the audience, or just bad timing.

The main problem for me was consistency. I didn’t mind slow days, but what really messed with my head was the randomness. One week felt promising, the next week felt like I was burning money. I started reading random threads and blog posts about insurance ads and came across this article while digging around. I’m not saying it had magic answers, but it did help me see where I might be messing up.

What I noticed after a while is that insurance ads don’t fail all at once. They slowly lose quality when you rush things. Early on, I tried to target everyone. Big mistake. People clicking were curious, not serious. I also kept changing headlines too often, thinking that was the issue. Turns out, my real problem was not being clear about what I was offering. When I simplified the message and focused on one type of insurance instead of all of them, the clicks dropped a bit but the leads felt more real.

Another thing that surprised me was how much patience this stuff needs. I used to judge an ad after two or three days. Now I give it more time and look at patterns instead of daily results. Some ad formats looked cheap but brought junk traffic. Others were slower but brought people who actually filled forms properly. That difference matters more than volume, at least for me.

If I had to sum it up, insurance ads seem to work best when you stop chasing quick wins. Narrow targeting, simple copy, and letting data sit for a bit made a noticeable difference. I’m still testing and learning, but things feel more stable now than before.

Curious to know if others here had the same experience or if you cracked it in a totally different way.
