Tulamben Beach was one of the most unforgettable places I explored during my Bali trip, especially because of its raw, untouched charm and incredible underwater world. Located in a quiet village in eastern Bali, Tulamben feels far removed from the hustle of Kuta or Seminyak. The landscape is slightly arid, lined with black volcanic stones, and the calm ocean instantly sets a peaceful tone. The beach is famous worldwide for the legendary USAT Liberty Shipwreck, a massive World War II cargo ship resting just a few metres from the shore.
