I’ve seen USServiceAnimals.org everywhere online, so I assumed they were legit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.
The pricing alone is shocking. They push expensive packages, but when you actually need help with documentation or landlord communication, you get almost nothing in return. Most of the communication I received was automated, and the letter felt like copy-paste text.
What bothered me most was how misleading their process feels. They heavily advertise “fast” and “hassle-free,” but I dealt with delays, incomplete information, and a support team that never followed through.
When my landlord pushed back on the documents, they didn’t step in, even though their site claims they assist with verification. So what exactly did I pay for? It felt like I bought a PDF file — nothing more.
Not trying to attack anyone personally, but people deserve to know what they’re getting into. If you’ve used them, did you get better service? I’m curious.
