Hey everyone, I've been diving down the rabbit hole of longevity and came across Rapamycin (Sirolimus) more and more frequently. From what I gather, it seems to have real potential beyond its original use, but I'm trying to wrap my head around the practical benefits for someone looking into healthy aging.

Can anyone share insights or point me to a clear resource on how Rapamycin is supposed to help? I found this one page that seemed to have a good overview on what this treatment is for, but I'm really interested in hearing from this community. What are the realistic expectations? Are we talking about cellular cleanup, supporting the immune system, or something else entirely? Any personal experiences or knowledge you can share would be awesome. Thanks
