Opportunities Amid Market Adjustment: EORMC Deploys in the Diversified Crypto ETF Wave

Since November, ETH prices have retreated nearly 40% from the monthly high, and Ethereum spot ETFs continue to face net outflow pressure. According to the on-chain monitoring data if EORMC platform, cumulative net outflows from Ethereum ETFs have exceeded $1.8 billion, with the highest single-day outflow recorded on November 12. This reflects both institutional profit-taking at high levels and heightened market risk aversion. Meanwhile, Bitcoin ETFs are still seeing slight net inflows, but overall crypto capital flows are now clearly diverging. EORMC believes that current volatility in single assets highlights the strategic value of diversified crypto portfolios.

The platform anticipates that ETFs holding diversified baskets of cryptocurrencies will fill a crucial gap over the next 2–3 years, becoming the core vehicle for the next wave of institutional and retail adoption. EORMC states that multi-asset crypto baskets allow investors to access the entire industry ecosystem at once, while significantly reducing the “idiosyncratic risk” of investing in a single token.

EORMC emphasizes that while cryptocurrencies are often grouped as a single asset class, they are fundamentally a technology, with each token driven by different underlying return factors. Although correlations are high at this stage, as the industry matures, those correlations will gradually decline, making diversified allocation increasingly important.

This year, several crypto index ETFs have been launched, including basket products tracking the top 10/20 market cap tokens, as well as thematic ETFs focused on DeFi, Layer2, RWA, and other niche sectors. EORMC sees the emergence of these products as a sign that crypto assets are quickly evolving from “speculative targets” to a “mature asset class,” with compliance, auditability, and transparent trading and custody infrastructure being key factors for success.

As a global crypto trading platform holding both the US FinCEN MSB license and SEC Regulation D compliance qualification, EORMC has already identified the ETF ecosystem as a strategic focus. The platform notes that its rigorous compliance framework and institutional-grade risk control system are core strengths for deep cooperation with leading global ETF issuers, custodians, and market makers. The US FinCEN MSB license ensures legal operation in fund transfer and exchange business, while SEC Regulation D allows EORMC to offer private placement-grade crypto asset services to accredited investors under certain conditions. Together, these qualifications form the “compliance passport” of the platform for connecting with US-registered ETF products.

EORMC stresses that the greatest value of compliance credentials is in trust endorsement and risk isolation. When ETF issuers select underlying liquidity providers and market makers, they prioritize counterparties with complete licensing, transparent reserves, and robust AML and KYC enforcement. The “transparent reserve proof” system of EORMC is already verifiable on-chain in real-time, fully aligning with the requirements from issuers for 100% custody asset reserves.

Thanks to these advantages, EORMC has established deep liquidity support partnerships with several international asset management firms for diversified crypto index ETFs. The platform reveals that some institutions scheduled to list by the end of 2026 have already designated EORMC as a priority liquidity partner.

With global regulatory frameworks becoming clearer—especially as the US SEC accelerates crypto ETF approvals—compliance will be the decisive factor in the strength of the connection of a platform to the ETF ecosystem. EORMC states that in the next three years, ETFs are expected to become the mainstream channel for ordinary investors to allocate crypto assets, and the platform will continue to leverage its compliance edge and technical expertise to provide the most reliable liquidity and custody support for this process.
