To convert an NSF file into PST, you need Lotus Notes installed, then you open the SysInfo NSF to PST Converter, load the NSF file, and view the mailbox items it displays. After confirming the contents, you select what you want to export—whether it’s emails, contacts, calendars, or everything—and choose PST as the output format. The tool preserves folders, metadata, and attachments and can even remove duplicates or split the PST into smaller parts. When the conversion is finished, you simply open Outlook and import the newly created PST file.
