I just want to ask a simple question. If someone makes a Zillow-type website, can it really work in the UAE?

Because every country has a different system for their real estate platform— different rules, currency, and even the way people search for property. In the U.S., Zillow is very big, but in UAE we already have websites like Bayut and Property Finder.

I feel if someone wants to use a ready-made real estate script, they need to change a few things
— like add Arabic language, local currency (AED), and features for local agents and developers. Some options in the script may also need to be changed to match how UAE property listings work.

What do you think — will a Zillow-type website get attention in UAE if it’s made properly for that market? Or people will still prefer the existing ones?
