I exported contacts from Mozilla Thunderbird in CSV format. Now I need them in vCard (.vcf). Can anyone suggest a safe method or software for this conversion?

Thunderbird lets you export contacts into a CSV file , but that format won’t open directly on most phones or iCloud. To make them usable , you’ll need to convert the CSV into VCF. The straightforward way is to use a dedicated converter.
