I’m in the process of launching a new digital product and am currently exploring professional app development services. I figured I’d reach out here to see if anyone has any solid recommendations or lessons learned from working with agencies or development partners.
To give you a bit of background — I’m looking to build a cross-platform mobile app (likely using Flutter or React Native) that integrates with an existing web platform. It needs to be clean, fast, scalable, and user-friendly, with a strong emphasis on performance and design. I've spoken to a few freelancers, but I'm leaning toward working with an established development team that can handle both the technical complexity and ongoing support.
I’ve come across a few companies during my research, and one that stood out offers end-to-end app development services. What impressed me was their structured approach — from discovery workshops to UI/UX design, agile development, testing, and post-launch updates.
