I’ve been trying to import MBOX file into Thunderbird, but the "Import MBOX file" option is greyed out in the import tool. I’ve followed the standard steps (Tools > Import > Mail), but I can’t seem to enable the option. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
