As someone running a growing business, I've started seeing that our staff spends a lot of time on repetitive chores like following up with leads, answering typical customer questions, updating spreadsheets, and managing routine workflows. Hiring more employees was my first thought, but I also realized that adding more people means higher costs, longer onboarding, and more management.
Recently, I began exploring AI automation, and it seems like many CEOs are choosing it to improve efficiency while allowing their teams to focus on higher value work. From what I've learned, automation can handle ongoing processes much faster and more consistently, giving employees more time to work on strategy, customer relationships, and business growth.
I'm now considering working with an AI automation agency to automate some of these tasks, but I'd love to hear from other business owners and startup founders first.
