I’m currently researching the best approach for building a cross-platform marketplace app, and I’ve realized that choosing the right tech stack is one of the most important decisions in marketplace app development. Since marketplace apps usually include complex features like real-time updates, secure payments, chat systems, and product listings, the technology you choose can make or break the overall scalability, performance, and long-term success of the project.

- Between Flutter and React Native, which framework do you feel offers the best balance of performance, speed, and flexibility for marketplace apps?
- Is it still safer to go with native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) if scalability and performance are top priorities?
- For the backend, do you prefer Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or something else to handle transactions, messaging, and real-time notifications?
- How important is the choice of cloud platform (AWS, Firebase, Azure, etc.) in making sure the app can scale smoothly as the user base grows?
- Are there any underrated tools, frameworks, or architectures you’ve used that worked surprisingly well for cross-platform marketplace projects?
