Hi there, I have personally been through the cycle of outsourcing a few times, and from my experience, the most common challenges usually come down to a few factors. First off, let’s discuss communication; when it comes to time zones, getting everyone on the same page can be a nightmare. Then there’s quality control; when you are not side by side in the office, consistency becomes difficult to maintain. And don't get me started on cultural differences if you are not ready for them, they can definitely complicate things.
