Tirzepatide (Tirze-Slim) – Real Weight Loss Results?
#1
Hey everyone,

I’ve been on Tirzepatide (Tirze-Slim brand) for the past 8 weeks, started at 2.5 mg and just titrated up to 7.5 mg last week.
Here’s what I’ve noticed:
  • Down 19 lbs so far 🎉
  • Appetite: practically gone. I’m full after half a plate.
  • Energy: mostly good, but some mild fatigue the first couple of weeks.
  • Side effects: some nausea, especially if I eat fatty foods, but manageable.
I’ve tried semaglutide before, but Tirzepatide seems stronger in terms of appetite suppression and fat loss. Curious—has anyone gone past the 10mg or 15mg dose? Does the weight loss continue, or does it plateau?
Would love to hear how it’s working for others!

I know Retratutide is still relatively new and not as widely available as Tirzepatide, but I managed to get it through a compounding source (Tirze-Slim site had it listed under research-grade).
Here’s what I’ve experienced in 4 weeks:
  • Down 11 lbs, mostly from belly fat (clothes fit looser)
  • Suppressed appetite even more than Tirzepatide for me
  • Felt a bit lightheaded the first 3–4 days
  • Digestive system took a hit at first (slight cramping), but it leveled out
From what I understand, Retratutide also targets glucagon receptors, which may explain why I’m leaning out faster. Still early, but promising.
Anyone else using Retratutide from Tirze-Slim? Would love to compare protocols or side effects. Are you cycling it with anything like metformin or sema?
Il nuovo farmaco Retatrutide è un’evoluzione interessante nella classe degli agonisti GLP-1. Oltre al controllo glicemico, migliora la perdita di peso
