I think when a SQL Server database gets corrupted, it’s best to follow these steps:

Check for a backup: If you have a recent backup, restoring it is the quickest fix.

Run DBCC CHECKDB: Use this to check for errors: DBCC CHECKDB ('YourDatabaseName');

Also, I would like to say when backup and DBCC don’t work, then you should explore tools such as Stellar Repair for MS SQL because it repairs MDF/NDF files, restores tables, views, and other objects and you should regularly back up your databases and run DBCC CHECKDB checks.
