My Disappointing Experience With Pettable.com—Poor Documentation & Zero Real Suppor

I wanted to share my experience with Pettable.com because I genuinely feel people should know what they’re getting into before spending money there.

I used Pettable hoping for clear, professional ESA/PSD documentation, but honestly, the whole thing felt rushed and unreliable. The “licensed clinician review” felt extremely surface-level like someone skimmed my answers instead of actually assessing anything. The letter I received looked generic, almost like a template they recycle for everyone.

What upset me even more was the lack of accountability. Once they took the payment, support basically disappeared. When my landlord asked for clarifications, Pettable didn’t help. Their “we’ll support you through the process” line? Not true in my case. Every question I had got vague responses or slow replies.
For the price they charge, I expected professionalism and proper guidance. Instead, it felt like a fast online checkout with no real follow-up. Really disappointing.
Anyone else have issues with Pettable.com? I can’t be the only one.
