After starting, the delicate crankshaft rotates and the 16 cylinders are ignited and run like a real car engine. The watch has been considered in every detail, even including the exhaust manifold.
In terms of movement specifications, it is equipped with a manually wound JCAM55 movement with a power reserve of up to 48 hours. The power reserve is clearly visible through the hollow transparent bottom cover, which is reminiscent of the rear window of a car. The automatic's power reserve lasts for 20 starts, each lasting 20 seconds - meaning the car can accelerate from about 0 to 200 mph (about 322 km/h) before the start is over, and 0 to 248 mph (about 390 km/h) in 25 seconds.
