Hi Ziuma team and members,
I’ve been really enjoying the forum lately—great content and a clean layout. However, I’ve run into a small issue I hope someone can help with.
When I access Ziuma on my phone (using Chrome on Android), I’ve noticed that notifications don’t seem to update properly. For example, when someone replies to my thread or reacts to a post, I don’t see any update on the bell icon unless I refresh the entire page manually. Even after refreshing, there are times when the notification still doesn’t appear until much later.
I’ve already tried clearing cache and cookies, and I’m logged in properly. Desktop seems to work fine, so I’m thinking this might be related to how the site loads on mobile browsers?
My question is:
Is this a known issue, or could it be something specific to mobile browser settings?
Are there any recommended steps I can try to fix or improve notification reliability on mobile?
