Is there a solution for iCloud rejecting Outlook contact files during import?
#1
If Outlook exports won't load into iCloud, the issue is usually file structure or versioning. Share solutions, tools, or conversion steps that actually work.

When you attempt to import Outlook contacts into iCloud, your files are often rejected because Outlook, in many cases, doesn't create vCards in the proper format that iCloud allows. CSV export won't work either since iCloud does not support that type of file at all. This is often why contacts will fail to upload or they look broken. The practical solution is to export your Outlook contacts to CSV first, and then you need to use Softaken CSV to vCard Converter. This product exports clean VCF files that iCloud can readily read without errors. It handles bulk CSV to vCard conversion so even larger address books are handled only with a few clicks. After that, all you need to do is upload the vCard file into iCloud and your contacts will appear correctly.
