Traveling through the Egyptair ONT Terminal is easy and effective. The personnel is professional and amiable, making the check-in and boarding process easy. The terminal has excellent signs, is tidy and well-maintained, and has friendly staff to assist travelers. Additional conveniences include a range of food options and cozy seats. Quick customs and security procedures make the entire trip seem smooth. The terminal has a serene environment that is ideal for a laid-back start to your trip, despite being smaller than large international airports.
Location and Accessibility
Ontario International Airport itself is about 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, and compared to LAX, it’s a breath of fresh air. Getting there was painless — no gridlock traffic or circling parking structures for 40 minutes. Parking was available and surprisingly affordable. From the parking lot to the terminal entrance, it was a short and easy walk.
EgyptAir operates out of Terminal 2 at ONT. It’s clean, modern, and — best of all — not overwhelmingly crowded. You feel like you can actually breathe, which is a rarity for major airports these days.
