Hello everyone,
In today's digital age, time management is more important than ever. We are often caught up in work, study, social networks, or entertainment activities and forget to arrange our time properly. This not only affects work productivity but also causes stress and fatigue. Fortunately, technology has helped us solve this problem thanks to smart applications on the phone.
One of the applications that I often use is Todoist. This is a tool that helps create to-do lists, arrange them by priority, and set automatic reminders. Every time I take notes on work in Todoist, everything becomes clearer and easier to manage. Not only for individuals, Todoist can also be used to coordinate groups, track project progress, and assign tasks.
Next is Forest, an extremely interesting application that helps focus. The way it works is simple: you “plant a tree” every time you don’t use your phone. If you leave the app to browse social media, the tree will die. I find this method very effective in avoiding distractions and maintaining long-term focus. In addition, Forest also has a focus time statistics feature, helping me see progress every week.
In addition, Notion is also an indispensable tool. This is a comprehensive platform that helps me take notes, plan, manage personal and group projects, and store important documents. Unlike conventional note-taking applications, Notion allows me to design tables, checklists, embed images, or link to related websites, making everything intuitive and easy to follow.
In addition to the above applications, I also regularly use Google Calendar to schedule detailed schedules for each day. Setting reminders for meetings, deadlines, or classes helps me not to miss anything important. When combining Calendar with Todoist and Notion, I feel like everything is under control, from work to study and even personal activities.
Finally, I want to emphasize that the applications are just supporting tools. The most important thing is still the habit of self-discipline and self-discipline. If you just download the application without using it properly, everything will be meaningless. I recommend everyone to try to apply it step by step: start by creating a to-do list, focus for 25-30 minutes continuously, and take reasonable breaks, then expand to long-term planning with Notion or Calendar.
I hope this sharing will be useful for those of you who are looking for ways to manage your time effectively. Do you use any other applications to increase productivity? Please share your experiences so we can learn together!
